Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026
Who we are
MPG Construction LLC is a residential concrete contractor based in Lincoln, Nebraska. Jorge Pedroza is the owner and operator. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights under the Nebraska Data Privacy Act.
What we collect
When you fill out the call-back request form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- A description of the work you need (optional)
- The job address (optional)
- Your preferred time for a return call
- Your preferred timing for the project (optional)
We do not collect any other personal information. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics on this site. The only external service this site connects to is Google Fonts, which loads typefaces for the page design.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide through the form for one purpose: so Jorge can call you back about the work you described. Specifically, your form submission creates a row in a private spreadsheet, a calendar reminder for Jorge to call you, and an email notification to Jorge with your details.
A backup copy of your submission is also stored by Netlify, our web hosting provider, as part of its built-in form handling.
Who sees your information
Your information is seen only by Jorge Pedroza (the owner) and Osvaldo Pedroza (who manages the website and business operations). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing beyond returning your call about the work you requested.
Where your information is stored
Your form data is stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Calendar) under the MPG Construction business account, and in Netlify's form submission storage. Both services store data on servers in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it is needed to complete the work you contacted us about, plus a reasonable period afterward in case you have follow-up questions or want additional work done. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights under Nebraska law
Under the Nebraska Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Access — ask what personal information we have about you
- Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate information
- Delete — ask us to delete your personal information
- Portability — get a copy of your information in a usable format
- Opt out — opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or profiling (we do none of these, but you still have the right)
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond within 45 days.
